These packing lists serve as the baseline standard for all troop campouts. Campout-specific items should be added through SignUpGenius or event communications as needed.

This system is designed to reduce confusion, improve preparedness, and maintain consistency across all troop activities.

Seasonal Packing Lists

Leader Use

Leaders should use the appropriate seasonal packing list as the foundation for each campout. Additional items should be clearly communicated separately and not replace the standard list.

Standard Practice

• Select correct seasonal list
• Share with troop (link or PDF)
• Add unique items via:
  • SignUpGenius
  • Reminder emails

Do Not

• Modify the core packing lists
• Create new versions per campout
• Overcomplicate requirements
